Postcards and Symbols

Series of works carried out between 2005/2008. These works are a synthesis of various visual investigations, the symbolic and pictographic, the stamped and engraved, the traced and marked by the passage of time. All these works are eminently abstract, the result of taking pictorial drawing to the edges of visual writing. Visions of other eras in current times, graphic reminiscences stamped on the pictorial surface. Various techniques were used, acrylic on wood, acrylic on canvas, acrylic on polyurethane, as well as layers of paint extracted from plastic glue. The realization of these works was very gratifying and the vast majority of these works have never been exhibited to the public.
